About the event
Armed with the most up-to-date information and sorting fact from fiction, Menopause Wellness East Anglia has designed a program to educate and inspire women affected by Menopause. Our Workshops aim to help women gain a better knowledge and understanding of their Menopause, the difficult life changes they are going through and how to manage and cope with symptoms effectively.
In this workshops our Qualified Nutritional Therapists discuss how nutrition, diet and weight management is extremely important and how this can help tremendously when it comes to mid-life and our menopausal years.
Our Nutritionists will not only teach you how to use food as first line medicine, but also the benefits of certain foods during menopause and how the impact of simple positive changes in your diet can control and even eliminate your symptoms.
This workshop is perfect for those wanting to take a holistic approach to managing their menopause, improve their eating habits, and adopt a healthier, menopause friendly diet, but not sure where to start.
Our Workshops are extremely educational and informative, held in fabulous relaxing settings, not forgetting the delicious lunch that is included. PLUS a few extra treats thrown in along the way.
Limited tickets are available as numbers have been capped to ensure the most from the event, so advance purchase is highly recommended.
Should you require any help purchasing your tickets or any further information please contact Karen at
Did you know that an employer is legally obliged to recognise and support their female workers who may be suffering from peri and post-menopausal symptoms? If you are employed, why not approach your employer or HR department for funding, explaining your struggles, they should be happy to help.
