Not only will we bust the myths out there, we will help you devise an action plan moving forward and take the time to answer those questions you really need the answers to.
Whether it be hot flushes, brain fog, mood swings, poor memory, depression, anxiety, weight gain or loss of sex drive, this workshop is perfect for those seeking a better understanding of how to deal with the challenges of Menopause and the treatment options available, including a detailed evaluation of HRT.
Our Workshops are extremely educational and informative, held in fabulous relaxing settings, not forgetting the delicious afternoon tea that is included. PLUS a few extra treats thrown in along the way.
