OUR WELL-BEING EVENTS IN THE PRIVATE SECTOR concentrate on a holistic approach to managing your menopause. We offer a bespoke comprehensive educational program for women experiencing peri or post menopausal symptoms, hot flushes, mood swings, sleeplessness, panic attacks, anxiety, memory loss, brain fog, weight gain and loss of libido, are just some of the symptoms eased and often eliminated from the program.

We also offer 1-2-1 coaching sessions to support you in this transition.

We offer a wide range of services both in the private and corporate sectors.  So whether you want a great afternoon out in a fabulous hotel sharing afternoon tea with like minded women or a one to one consultation we can assist.  For those businesses that need a little extra support with managing menopause in the workplace, we offer training for your employees, managers and heads of department.
